The conceptual diagram below presents a visualisation of the comparative report and areas of focus. It shows the different, but overlapping dimensions of context, the structures that were already in place and the those that were developing, the three principal yet interrelated pathways through which women can exert influence and change, and the outcomes we observed relating to rules, norms and funds, here under the umbrella of Village Law.
